Took my car to get a nail removed. Right when I pulled in they came out right away greeted me and walked me in. I let them know I have an appointment they check me in and right away started working on my tire. They were very quick and no charge. Thank you, you guys are amazing definitely will come back.

We were camping at Kings Canyon and my breaks were squeaking and I noticed the pads were really thin, so I took my Ram 2500 and travel trailer to this Les Schwab prior to driving to the coast for another camping destination hoping they could squeeze me in for a brake job. Not only did they repair my brakes but they also replaced my tires, which had cracked sidewalls, which Jose immediately noticed when he inspected my front brakes. Me and my family are thankful to Jose and his staff for ensuring that we were safe for our trip. Really appreciate this store.

They were very friendly , encouraging and provided information where we could walk to high-end Mexican restaurant. We had been to the repair shop where we had bought the truck before our trip and asked them to go over it for any repairs we might need. We had a very long trip ahead of us. They said everything was ok. In truth, we noticed problems on our trip. We thought it was from bad roads. We stopped at Les Schwab in Fresno. We really needed new tires, shocks pads etc. What a difference now rides like a new truck. Thank you to all the wonderful, professional and kind employees. Our return trip home was so much better.

I took two cars for oil change since this location is much slower and wait time is much less then their Nees location However, they charged me over $100 just for oil l change There are a couple guys talking to me. They were both lying One was saying you also got your windshield wiper refilled. The other was saying no they didn’t. Which I believe every oil change automatically refills windshield wiper fluid. incredibly unprofessional I don’t trust them anymore. I will not return or recommend this location, horrible management who I caught Lying as well.

Dealing with car issues is usually a stressful experience for me, but I never expect that at Les Schwab. I always receive great service and everyone is super kind & does their best to refer to me by name after I've been checked in (which I appreciate a lot as a woman in a male-dominated space). Jose who was at the front desk was very cordial, and Christian who checked us out at the end made sure to answer all of our questions fully and kindly. I deeply hope the company treats these workers well & gives them the benefits they all deserve, especially for such great service!
